Chef with vitality and passion for culinary art.

His discipline and interest in continuous learning, have led him to take different courses in gastronomy where he learned the theory and cooking techniques.

Since 1994 he has been training in kitchens of prestigious restaurants such as “Champs Elysees”, “Matisse” and “Rosseta” among others.

In his professional career he acquired experience in French, Italian and Mexican cooking techniques and methods.

Since 2013, he has been an important part of Grupo Estoril's work team, having been in charge of Syrah Restaurant's kitchen where he was able to successfully establish his cooking style.

Now the Chef Edgar Peña continues to contribute his talent in the new Brasserie Estoril restaurant that opens its doors in the Plaza Antara shopping center, offering classic Estoril dishes and an innovative cuisine for all types of palate, in a contemporary architectural space, with a warm and casual atmosphere.
